Microsoft Windows Vista Review
Similar to our approach when Windows 2000 was
released, CyberGuru has released an opinion paper on Windows Vista,
rather than a full review of the product.
CyberGuru’s review takes on a different style to most other literature,
as it takes CyberGuru first impressions, flavours, pricing and
frequently asked questions.
If you would like to ask a question about Windows Vista, we would be
more than willing to assist. We will be answering questions through our
web form and answer the questions as part of the frequently asked
questions within the section of the article and as part of an series of
articles on Windows Vista in the CyberGuru Newsletter.
The Windows Vista review
is available from our

page.

Looking to test Windows Vista, 2007 Microsoft Office System and Exchange
Server 2007?
If you are keen to find out more about
Microsoft will soon be offering CD/DVDs containing the various beta
products for testing purposes. At a recent Microsoft Partner Roadshow we
were informed there will be several ways to receive the product, either
through TechNet or MSDN, or via a special ordering website where you
will just need to pay for the postage.
I found this other way, via the new TechNet Beta Central website, where
"you will be notified first when the Windows Vista, Office 2007 and
Exchange Server 2007 public beta releases become available". I don't
know if it will cost money for postage this way, I presume will find out
in the announcement. To do this, you will need to receive the TechNet
Flash newsletter by registering at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/beta/preregister.mspx.
The links below are the official locations on information on these
products:

Seeking your suggestions for improving CyberGuru As we move towards our first decade of successful operations, CyberGuru
is in the process of writing our business plan to guide us through the
next three years. Our previous business plan led us to develop a revised
corporate image and promotional material, a range of website and
information system improvements and even inspired the newsletter! We are
now looking forward again in our processes and dealings with our clients
and prospective clients.
For the past few years, we have produced annual surveys to identify
aspects which can improve our business and computer solutions for our
clients and to look ahead to where we want to be in the future. Instead
of our survey this year, we are using a different way to receive
suggestions for improvement.
If you have any suggestions on how we can improve, please use the
Contact page on
our website. The three most creative ideas which we decide to implement
will be provided with $20 CyberGuru gift voucher to be used on our
computer solutions. The winners will be decided and emailed individually
by 31 March 2006.
We thank you for your continued support and feedback. Without it, we
would not have been so successful. We look forward to your continued
custom in 2006 and beyond.
