My CyberGuru is
password protected. To access this site, you will
require your specific client login name and password. These details would
have been given to you when you requested our computer solutions. If you
have not received or have forgotten your password, please contact us.
Some clients may have difficulties
accessing the websites depending on their computer and
ISP configuration.
If you find you receive the message "you
are unauthorized to view this page" even before you have entered your
login name and password, please turn off your proxy servers. This seems to
be only a problem with Internet Explorer users.
Here's how correct turn off your proxy
servers:
1. Launch Internet Explorer in your usual way.
2. From the menu bar, choose "Tools".
3. From the Tools menu, choose "Internet Options...".
4. Click the "Connections" tab.
5. Click the "LAN Settings..." button.
6. Make note of the existing settings in this box should you wish to
revert
the settings later.
7. Uncheck each of these check boxes and press the "OK" button.
8. Click the "OK" button again.
9. Now try accessing the My CyberGuru again.
