Unless expressly stated otherwise, all services are
provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including, but not limited
to, the limited warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Work performed on other vendor’s products, are provided “as is” without
warranty of either kind, either expressed or implied.
In no event shall CyberGuru be liable for any special, incidental or
consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting
from the loss of use, data or profits, data, whether or not the client is
advised of the possibility of damage.
CyberGuru cannot take responsibility for the operation, suitability or
functionality of the vendor’s parts or service.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any valuable data is
backed up, before systems are given over for service. However, we can back
up your computer at your request, at our regular charge. The loss of or
damage to client data is not covered under warranty.
Although all possible care is taken with clients’ property, CyberGuru will
not be responsible for the loss of or damage to hardware under repair.
