phone and email support unless an Annual Support Contract is purchased.
Should you wish to have this assistance provided to you, CyberGuru will

offering an Annual Support Contract for both phone and email support.
For $250 per year, clients can make contact with CyberGuru with any
computer related enquiry. We will strive to respond within 48 hours. If
you do not purchase an Annual Support Contract and send an enquiry,
we will charge you at our standard price to your account.
Due to ongoing costs of both time and resources, we are no longer able to
offer phone and email support free of charge. Please be assured however
that these changes will ensure that we are able to offer the best possible
service that you have come to expect of CyberGuru.
To ensure we continue to deliver the high quality service to you, we
recommend that you request an invoice for the Annual Support Contract now.
