CyberGuru’s Proprietor/Chief Guru, Chris Jeffery, has been invited to present as part of a panel session for the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) Queensland Branch seminar on 10 September 2014.
The seminar, “Doing things differently in, on and around ITSM” has a panel session titled, “ITSM in your organisation—now and the future” where Chris along with representatives from RACQ, QSuper and CITEC will be discuss how each of their organisations are currently “doing” ITSM (covering people, process and technology), and what their visions for the future are.
The session is being held at the Auditorium, Level 2 at the State Library of Queensland from 1:30pm to 5:45pm. An agenda for the function is available upon request.
