Are you looking at moving to the cloud? Whilst the term is relatively new, we have been using the “cloud” for years. Whether it be Hotmail and Gmail for web-based email, Dropbox for online storage or websites hosted on various hosting providers. We are slowly moving our other business online to for accessible access and to work freely no matter where we are located provided we have an internet connection.

Chris Jeffery, Proprietor/Chief Guru of CyberGuru will be presenting on the topic, “Getting in sync with your tech – with your business in the cloud” at the Sandgate Business Networking Group meetup (professional networking meetings) next Thursday 27 February 2014.

CyberGuru, based in Brisbane’s northern suburb of Zillmere, provides award-winning, professional and affordable computer solutions to small businesses, not-for-profit organisations and individuals. In 2012, Chris was awarded the Young ICT Professional of Year by the Australian Computer Society Queensland.

The Sandgate Business Networking Group meetups are free to attend and provides a great opportunity to meet and socialise with other local people in business including local service businesses, small office / home office businesses and retailers.

The Sandgate Business Networking Group is being held at The Coffee Club Sandgate at Ibis Central next to the Woolworths Shopping Centre, 11/6 Bowser Parade, Sandgate.

Anyone is welcome to come along, ask questions of Chris and network with the other participants.
